Talk to Gynecologist on Fertility Treatments

Assalamualaikum, I have two children and elder one is 8 and younger one is now 5, i want to try for our third. We have left precautions since last year thats January'2018, never had any problems with conceiving before but this time no luck! Went to see dr last month she asked for few tests which all came perfect, she did one ultrasound of my pelvis which showed 32mm and 21mm follicles in my right ovary on the 14th day of periods. She then gave me "ferti c 5000mg" injection, asked to try for consecutive 4 days and then alternate 3 days. But we tried only once on that very same day. I did my urine test 4,5 days after the injection was given and it came positive, i did again test on the 8,9th day and its again positive and today i tried on the 12th day again positive, my periods are expecting on 7th May. Is it really positive or is it because of the increased hcg levels after injection? Please guide. JazakAllah
