Is it your first pregnancy?
what about blood sugar levels,
check HbA1C,or Glycosylated protein,
if above mentioned investigations are normal nothing to worry,
There's difference of+/-two weeks in size of baby according to dates and ultrasounds some time and it's normal,
After 37weeks get ultrasound for estimated fetal weight or at the time of delivery so your mode of delivery can be decided by your doctor,
