Female having age 48 years have 2 fibroid with increased menstrual bleeding and pain associated with it from last 6months. Size initially 6 months ago 3m and 4cm and now increased to 5cms. What is the next step. Need treatment surgery or embolization. Where can be done embolization. Embolization if performed then result success how much. Pt diabetic and hypertensive and hypothyroidism but all controlled with no complications
