Your ultrasound shows a hormonal disorder and probably some infection.But why you had this ultrasound? Cycles disturbance? wt gain? trying to conceive? or any other reason. diagnosis and proper treatment need a detailed history.Both problems in ultrasound are totally manageable.For consultation contact.
