Talk to Gynecologist on For Pregnancy

I'm trying to conceive it's been 2months of my marriage. I have a regular mentrual cycle. doctor gave me primolut N tablet to conceive for 15 days from 12th day of my cycle, I only take for 10 days because I was having headache. now my due date was 19 Dec but I was having too much pain in body before a week. I got my period 2 days late and on 2nd day saw a big blood clot on pad. I never had this before and extreme pain in abdomen n back. is this because of tablet ? my pelvis ultrasound is clear no medical history. I just need some advice
