it's very important to find the source of bleeding.
Is it bleeding with stools (coming from piles ) or is it from vagina ( coming from uterus)?
Visit your gynaecologist, have ultrasound scan for placental localisation and local examination to rule out piles. Further management will be according to cause. In the meanwhile avoid intercourse, straining at stools and use of any vaginal suppositories or douching.

Aoa
bldg from rectum cud b due to many reasons right from polyp fissure haemorrhoids etc...so identifying the source of bldg is imp-bldg can cause anemia wch is nt good fr u neither the baby...if u r diagnosed wth haemorrhoids even then i ll advise u to observe ur self till ur pregnancy ends as some women do develop them due to engorgement of rectal veins wch is basically due to increased abd pressure...and once their pregnancy ends mostly haemorrhoids r gone as well all by themselves...but ur surgeon 's and OBG opinion fr further mx of ur rectal bldg is supreme...hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...
