As-salamu alaykum Dr's
Last year i been diagnosed with celaic disease by doctor Dr. Ghias Un Nabi Tayyab and from last 4 days im facing similar Problem : unable to digest even gluten free diet when ever i eat, feeling that might/would be vomit.
Currently appointment with Dr. Ghias Un Nabi Tayyab is not possible, and what would u recommend should i wait or take medicine prescribed by local doctor e.g omeprazole with gravinate and antiacidic syrup. Also tell me are these medicines are gluten free and effective, because its been first time interacting with any doctor ever since i been diagnosed. Thanks

Thanks for sharing ur concern. If u are having a relapse of symptoms recently then there is a possibility that u are ingesting gluten in ur diet somehow. So plz look into that. From where do u get ur gluten free diet generally and is the supply of ur food still available from the supplier?

the best remedy for celiac disease is having a strictly gluten free diet at all times. Antacids, omeprazole and gravitate as you mentioned above have no role in management of celiac disease
you need to review your diet.
