5 september se diet and excercise start ki hoi thi .. us month ki 24 date ko I got my periods , phr 25 or 26 ko periods na hony k brabr thy , then on 27 mujhe theek hoi but phr stop nhi horhy thy . so, mne ksi ky kehny py ponstan Fort khai us se bleeding bht kam hogaye thy (is time me mene excercise chori hoi thi and diet bhi ) phr mjjhe female doctor ne kaha k Capsule Transamine use kren 3 times a day for 5 days . I saw improvement in that, so I thought k sb normal hai tu mne excersise start krli aik din half hour or next day 1 hour ki phr again usky bad bloody discharge aya what's the reason? jabse periods hoi hain kuch months bad hormonal problems ajaty hain wese thek lkn kuxh arsy bad irregular k mujhe medicine khani parti hai.... plzzzz help koi guidance den??? karun ye shadi k bad koi problems tu create nhi krega? q horha hai , mne ultrasound krwaya tha kuch sal pehly doctor said k sab thek hai tu phr ye Q?? plzzz helpppp
