Age: 30 years Obstetric History: Mother of two toddlers; history of two Cesarean sections
I received the Familia contraceptive injection (3-month formulation) at the beginning of July. Since September 10th, I have been experiencing continuous spotting and mild bleeding on and off, occasionally with clots. I have not had a proper menstrual period since August.Also facing mild acne red color small spots on face specially on forehead and chin..
Kindly advise on appropriate medication or management. I would be very grateful for your guidance.

this can be due to famila injection. also get an ultrasound done and then discuss
Get ultrasound pelvis done then management will be based on findings
