Aoa i’m 39 weeks pregnant i want to ask what we can do naturally to induce labor bcz in my first pregnancy it was above 40weeks to start a labor by sweep membrane so this is my second pregnancy what can i do to induce labor as dr done sweep but no results so what can i do?? I’m taking dates daily need dr guidance
w salam. you did not tell in detail about your first pregnancy outcome. whether it was a normal delivery or ended in C section. we mostly wait till 41 weeks if all parameters are normal in mother and baby. sweeping is best method to induce labour at 40 weeks. we can repeat sweeping after one week. at home you can do walk . other things like castor oil etc are not good.

All the tym Tightening makes me uncomfortable and having severe SPD pain as well

I need to ask you further, at what gestation you r exactly?? and what was your findings at last sweeping.? normally we can wait for 41 weeks in a low risk pregnancy with monitoring
