I am 31 yr old with a baby aged 1.5 yrs. I started to feel pain in ny right upper area of breast 2 days back. Went for a checkup and the doctor said that there is a fixed mass of 3x3cm which should be examined. The ultrasound report turned out to be normal so dr prescribed me nuberol fo 5 days. How reliable is ultrasound in this case? What should be my next step? Should I be worried about the mass as its still there?

If mass is there needs quick check up and treatment
