Rh incompatibility is a problem only when the mother has a negative blood group and the father of the baby is of positive blood group. In your case both blood groups are positive so no incompatibility issues should be expected

Aoa if both husband and wife blood groups are positive. Usually no problem. But wife blood group is negative and husband blood group is positive. Then problem can happened. Thanks
