109mm is quite large cyst. It should be operated. She haven’t passed stool may be she is in obstruction that’s why operation is delayed. Follow the advice of your doctor.
7 days are count abnormal if stool is not passed kindly increase water intake at least 12 glasses in 12 hrs and exclude pregnancy. Then you can go for surgery.
