After how many days shall a 40 year old woman have menses. How many days shall they last. What can be the reason for delays and irregularities.
Thanks women may have regular periods from fifty to fifty five provided she has no problem but there is some problems like diabetes or obesity or ovarian dysfunction may have irregular periods
The number of days is always variable with different women normal it can be 4 to 7 days . The cycle can range from 21 to 35 days. Harmonal imbalances can be a reason for menstrual irregularities, or any biological reason like fibroids or cysts or any other pathology to the genital tract
