you can try copper t intrauterine contraceptive device,for first few months there can be irregular spotting but after those few months it settles..it is a safe contraceptive and can last for upto 10 yrs however if U wish to have a baby earlier U can get it removed.
another choice for 3 yrs is implant or jadelle,it is placed just under the skin in Ur arm,there can be breakthrough bleeding in some cases but is a safe contraceptive
