Thanks you did not tell the size of follicle if mature size is 18 or 20 mm then take injection pregnyl or profeesy or hcg 10.000 iu im nd have coitus within 72 hours of injection and take Duphaston 10 mg day 15 twice daily for ten days nd wait for periods if no periods do upt

Can u send ur ultrasound report because i would like to see the size of the follicles
If they r mature then u need to have one to two doses of injections
That will help in timely release of ova ( eggs )

The ultrasound shows developing follicles in both ovries the largest one is 23mm in right overy

u shud b taking inj pressage on day 12 of ur cycle...as follicle size is more than 18mm...
continue wth ur folic acid...rem to take plan of management from ur attending doc before leaving her clinic...
