married age 26 concieved after 1.5 years of marriage.LMP 10 oct .1st bhcg me 729.20 then 48 hours baad 2120 again 72 hours baad 2520.TVs krwaya ha usme gestational sac and yolk sac hai .dr na duphoston and cyclogest di hai as usne clomid ka treatment krwaya tha .kch drs keh rhy cyclogest is not good and itni jaldi tvs nae hota .she is worried as usy lower abdominal pain bi hai daily.kindly help krdein checkup kalia kb jaye and tvs 1 week baad krwana chahya for fetal heart beat ka nae and cyclogest ka bi bta dein.and dard ka bi bta dein koi tension ki bat tu nae.aur urine me infection aya hai
cyclogest is good support..your doctor is right.. don't believe in general public opinion..trust your doctor...TVS is safe.no worries for that.. continue with your doctor treatment.yiu may require close follow up with your doctor..

- first have few precautions to avoid any mishap like avoid stairs, sex activity for now, weight lifting, excessive walk or work,long standings or sitting etc.
-have folic acid regularly.
-use comode.
-have duphaston regularly and cyclogest if observes pain.
-have ultrasound after 10 days per abdominal.
-strict check on pain and bleeding per vaginal.
-have Crainberry sachet twice daily and plenty of water.
-balanced diet.
-check urine for infection b urine culture as well and send and discuss uribe report that u already had to get specific treatment.

pain is probably because of ur urine infection...now at the levels of fifty five hundred IU gestational sac is visible in TVS...probably u concieved later in the cycle...thts y still BHCG levels r lower...hv patience and tawak ul Allah ethg ll b fine...go fr TVS again aft a gap of ten days frm previous TVS

salaam. all the symptoms are normal in pregnancy....dont worry all medecines are correct n safe...TVS doesn't harm fetus or mother
TVS is safe for mother and baby and do repeat it after a week to check the cardiac activity ( fetal heat ) and continue medicines.
