Talk to Gynecologist on Harmonal Issue

My friend told me that she had. Intercourse but she's not sure if any liquid went inside. She said her husband withdrew and ejaculated outside, but she's confused and thinks it might have entered accidentally. She also mentioned that she went to Kashmir and took primolut N to tablets to delay her periods for a week. After that, in may her periods were fine - they came late but still arrived in may, June ,July but in Aug there was some problem she consulted with doctor... Doctor asked for one injection and some tablet but after that 1 week she got periods then in September she had intercourse and her periods came in September and October late but now they stopped in November. She wants to know is this could be pregnancy or a harmonal issue.
