Talk to Gynecologist on HCG Test Confirmation

My periods were due on 27th of Dec but till now I don't get my periods yet. In the month of Oct. I got my periods on 1st. As for the first time I intimated twice on 4th and 14th of this month without fluid inside, but chances could be there with pre cum..... Took " Gyneacosid" both tablets at once on 20th Dec. I had tested my HCG on 29th but it was 3.80. Should I take another test after few days or there is any other problem of having no periods yet? Make you know my age is 33 will be 34 in April 2024
