I have been to trying to concieve since last 1.4yrs but no luck. My pelvis ultrasound and thyroid profile is normal. Have taken fertility medicine also. Monthly cycle length is normal. Last month in the mid of period bleeding got heavy. This time in my period which started yesterday. Bleeding is too heavy. Thick sticky heavy bleeding. What should i do?

- dear first do have one serum beta hcg to check pregnancy status .
- if beta hcg positive have immediate detailed Evaluation in Gynae Emergency needed .
- one sided pain also need to be reported .
- have complete treatment for any health issue u have .
-'have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- iron supplements needed .
- u will need to repeat complete blood count as well.
-immediate follow with reports or have check up with local gynae specialist.

Sorry i forgot to mention i have a 3.3yrs daughter and i am trying to concieve second baby. No tubal patency and semen analysis tests are not done yet
