Dr i am trying to concieve since last 18 months. My first born was concieved immediately after marriage. Pelvis u/s and thyroid profile are normal. Monthly cycle length is either 26or27 days. This month cycle goes upto 30days.strip test came out negative. On 31st day period cane accompanied with heavy bleeding and severe pain. Its third day of my period i am still passing heavy blood with large number of tissues just like clots. Is it miscarriage or what?how may i know that? What should i do for concieving soon? Also how may u differntiate period with that of miscarriage?pls clear my confusions
