Talk to Gynecologist on Heavy Bleeding Second Day

I am having heavy bleeding with large clots. Itss second day today and I cannot even stand and feeling light headed and blurry. It's never happened to me before. My periods alwere always normal and this time I am having huge clots since morning. Married from 1.5 years. No prior pregnancy or anything. Light cramping on and off along with heavy clots which I do feel when they release out and I have to rush to the washroom.
When I start to urinate the clumpy huge clots slipped out along with other small tiny pieces of blood.

what was ur lmp?? is it on due date or sum overdue? cap transamine 500 three ponston forte three tym a day. kimdly do ur urine for pregnancy

first do the urinary pregnancy strip test before taking any medication.
any complain of vaginal discharge?
any thyroid problem?
if PT negative then take cap transamine 500 mg three times daily and tab ponstan forte three times daily for atleast three days
if same happen again then get an ultrasound pelvis done.

I do have discharge during ovulation days and before periods. I tested with strip it was BFN. I got my ultrasound done today and it was clear as per sinologist said. But the reason of clots still unidentified. The size of clots were about 2 inches or more and I had clots for contious 8-10 hours. Like I had passed clots 7-8 time in 10 hours. And now periods stopped like they were not there.
I only had periods for about 36 hours only.

for treating infertility we need hysterosalpingogram report and semen analysis report.
any acne or excessive hair growth on body?

Don't know about thyroid but I have a problem of light acne during Summers and some small type of tiny dots near chin area that is similar to acne but they are not filled. I get them for one week or two weeks and they disappears automatically.
Can u please suggest me how semen analysis can be conducted during ramazan or if any hosp doing it after iftaar timings as I feel it would not be able to be conducted during ramazan month.

My weight is 46 - 47 kg. I was 41 kg but in last 3_4 months I have gained weight around 4 kg and mostly the weight is gained on belly area. It was flat before.

get your ultrasound pelvis done and TSH.
if you have increase 4 kg in 3 months also get your fasting serum insulin done.
semen analysis and hysterosalpingogram also needed.

Yes it is on due date. My cycle hs been changed from last 3 months. First I used to get them after 25 days. Now from last three months I am getting them on 31st day.

I got my ultrasound done today. In ultrasound everything is clear. The whole report is normal. Can't understand the reason of big clots. The clots were about 2-3 inches in size and I had clots yesterday almost 7-8 times
