Talk to Gynecologist on Heavy Prolonged Periods

In dec 2018 i was diagnosed with post natal depression and started anti-depressants, since feb 2019 i am having vwry prolonged heavy periods ( bleeding goes on for month or two months).doctors started with tranexamic acid( didn’t work). Primolut( stopped the bleeding but not a solution) then Mirena( it fell off and didn’t work). Now from 9th September2020 I’m still bleeding. Bleeding stops only if I take primolut. Wanting to have another child but don’t know how and what to do. Gynae said there’s nothing more they can do. Been to couple of doctors but no one knows what’s going on and how to treat it. Attached are my latest reports. The bleeding has clots in it and watery consistency, easily soak a pad in an hour. Got iron infusion twice as blood level was really low and ended up in the someone can guide me in the right direction. Over this time i have gained more than 10kgs due to medication.
