Talk to Gynecologist on Hemoglobin Electrophoresis Test

Aoa, my fifth month of preg is about to end in a week then I will be visiting a new gyne, without any consultation I am planning to go for hemoglobin electrophoresis test so that when I visit her I can show her the report that I have minor thalasemia (which I have) and I will also get to know about my blood group as well as my hemoglobin which i currently have no idea that how much it is now. initially when I was 6 week preg it was 10.3. is it safe for me to go for this test beforehand? or should I first visit her then go for the test.

if u already knw tht u hv thal-minor then theres no need of doing hb nt to take IV iron ever-only oral iron and bld transfusion u can take-yes doing CP is u mus hv done ur anomaly scan by nw...
