i had severe pain in my right lower abdomen, the doctors eventually did a CT and the report said: "There is a dilated tubular structure containing dense fluid (35 HU) in intimate relation to multilocular right ovarian cyst measuring 4.5 x 4.2 cm which could represent a dilated fallopian tube containing dense fluid concerning for right pyosalpinx There is a left multilocular ovarian cyst measuring 7.5 x 5.2 shifted towards the midline abutting the right multilocular cyst. Bilateral multilocular ovarian cysts adjacent to each other at the midline and associated with right tubular structure could represent right pyosalpinx for MRI further evaluation." For now i am on antibiotics and am asked to come back for ultrasound on the 5th day of periods. some doctors are suggesting ca125 and mri asap. can you all please guide. thank you

you are only 27 ,are you married and have children ??? how many, how old is last one ,yes it sounds like acute on chronic pelvic infection ,needs to see specialist and experience.need to investigate and treat further.

I'm 27, not married, not sexually active, ive been obese but had gsstric sleeve last year, until my last check up which was 6 months ago my cysts were small, now they are huge. yes i do get unwanted hair, i haven't had mri yet the insurance hasnt cleared it yet, and yes i do get pain in periods sometimes very severe

im from riyadh, they did do urine analysis and everything was normal, in blood test wbcs were high, i have only had CT then a pelvic ultrasound, nothing else for now
