M sistr suffrng from hyperprolactemia unmarried since strtng her period always irregular she had been told ny so many people its norml if u constantly hvng irregular aftr some time her cycle ends on 45 50 days n she somethime like in year 2 or 3 missed period so she fo her lab test it came out she had hyperprolactemia she consultant gynaecologist no pco or other she take brotin table for 3 month thrpugh out tht tym her period was normal aftr two month its was normap too but ne aftr 3 month she strt irregular period again at 3rd month 39 days n 4th months its been 46 days but no period wht should she do..
Take tab primulut n 5mg twice a day for. 5 days
she should continue tablet along trapping dose according to levels of prolactin
For how long she should use that medicine because on that medicines resolve but after that symptoms strt appearing again?
Her prolactin level was 39.5
