salam i m a mother of 5 year old... we wre trying to concieve from past two years. then i ve started my treatment... its prolifen and duphaston... after 3 months of treatment i concieved in aug and miscarriaged my dr said its two weeks pregnancy... and after two months my peiods were due after 3 days i hadsevere pain like delivery...and got an miscarriage again that was 4weeks pregnancy. i just want to ask should i do rest now or continuesly try for Concieving... coz i was on treatment thats y.. ye na ho k after resting two three months mujhe phir se treatment start kerna pare
Assalam o alikum. I am sorry for your loss. take some rest and only folic acid. try to relax. ay be you will get spontaneous pregnancy.

- Dear first of all confirm that u had 2 miscarriages if yes then can take few precautions and try to conceive Naturally .
- have folic acid Regularly 5 mgs daily .
- Complete treatment of any health issue u have ,try to have normal blood Suger levels ,thyroid and blood pressure levels.
- have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
- have daily walk ,yoga and Exercise.
- husband's General health Should be better.
- maintaining above mentioned life style will help u to conceive with out medication in Sha Allah
- use Fertile period of cycle in your favour .
- have Daily walk yoga and Exercise to maintain normal Bmi .
