Talk to Gynecologist on Incomplete Termination

its been 5 weeks since my last period and this month my period was 5 days delayed i took pregnancy home test which came positive i have taken 4 tablets of misoprostol sublingual only cramps with no bleeding then again i took second dose 4 tabs SL with 12 hours gap and no bleeding occured again now its second day since my last dose still no response what should i do should i take another dose or what can be the reason
