Talk to Gynecologist on Increase In Prolactin Level

AoA.. I want to discuss my breast problem.. There was an increase in my prolactin level it was to which i hv milky nipple discharge.. I went to a gynecologist she suggested me a tablet "brotin".. She said to take it for 4 months. I took that medicine for 4 months.. Now ny prolactin level is normal but i still have a pain in my one breast n there is a watery discharge from one breast.. I m really worried about it.. Please give me suggestion what i have to do now?

-Dear as already u have taken medications to reduce prolectin and still having discharge from breast repeat seru prolectin now after medications, have proper breast Examination by breast specialist.
-if serum prolectin reports high have one Consultation with Endocrinologist as u might need Mri Brain to Exclude space occupying Leision and then to treat Accordingly.
-make sure when have serum prolectin blood test don't be on any medications.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
