Talk to Gynecologist on Infertility Or No Conceiving Issue
Asking For Wife, Female 35, Lahore
my wife can't conceive easily. i have one son after that HAD 2 daughters died just before delivery and just after delivery with pre mature delivery. son has A- same as wife Daughters had A+ same as mine.
after son the conceiving process took months even year plus in both cases. last pregnancy was 2 years back and still nothing. i have visited many doctors but still don't know the reason of deaths and issue of not having pregnancy.
please guide me what to do and where to visit as my family is going through PTSD and we need another baby soecially for my son as he is so touchy.
Cheak ur wife antibodies if negative then write detail history of preterm deliveries

weight is 56kg. first 2 days are worst with much bleeding and then decreased gradually. she has inherited thyroid issue so was using medicine thyroxine for it. now TSH is 1.73 also the serum ferritin is 3.98ng/ml. i am attaching the reports along with cbc

Bc she is Rh negative so cheak Anti D antibodies

ok i will.
she got injected both times when they knew that the girls have positive Rh.
at first time on the delivery day she got bleeding issue but the dr said its normal to have bleeding and when after 2hours bleeding wont stop we go to the clinic but the girl was dead before that. she had less low water issue with mild lower placenta issue.
at 2nd time she got severe lower placenta issue along with the less water issue. she was admitted in cmh but they released after 2 days. and after that we go to GENERAL HOSPITAL and they said to have pre mature delivery as it was the only option that time. after birth her lungs wasnt properly matured so after few hours lungs brusted and she died. she had some issues in reports so i will share them also

Now check her blood antibodies and start to take folic acid 1 mg per day and when ever she got pregnant start to take Aspirin 81 mg per day and antenatal follow up regularly
