Assalamualaikum I am 28 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with ICP and gestational diabetes. My ALT levels are 120. I was suggested Urso 500 mg 3 times a day. I went through from IUD in my first pregnancy due to preclampsiya and this is my 2nd pregnancy. I am highly concerned that urso is safe for me n my unborn baby? And with this disease Can i go for predelivery!? will my baby survive in 28 weeks?

urso is safe and its important for the control of ur LFTs and symptoms
Keep strict control of blood glucose levels .
At 28 weeks survival is not that good. But at 34 it is upto 85-90 percent so try to take this pregnancy till 34 if no emergency

May Allah be kind on you this time. Diabetes and ICP can cause sudden IUD. i hope this wont happen but please be vigilant to keep a record of ur fetal movements.
