Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods And Almost No Bleeding

Salaam, Actually my fiance has been suffering from delayed periods since begining but recently the delay has become longer. She saw a gynaecologist and she recommended her some pills due to which she got fat despite of low diet. The problem is that she is only having few spots now and as far as i know bleeding is essential for smooth system...kindly advise something (Note: she is virgin if that relates)
