Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods And Conceiving Issue

My periods are irregular. Dr ne omatril tablet did 21 days khane ko taky periods ayen. Now I am on periods aur doc ne lh fsh aur AMH ka test krwane ko kaha. I am shocked to see my amh level. Kia agha Khan ki report ghalat hosakti hai? Because acc to my report I will never conceive. Mera amh level 0.017 hai. Kia karun cerophene tablet bhi start ki hai.. kia IVF inj lagwaon is report ko dekhne ke baad? Ya koi faida ni .Please help
