Talk to Gynecologist on IVF Injections Side Affects

assalamualaikum,
IVF injections for gender selection has caused warmth or heat inside me which causes bleeding how can I reduce that.
As I already have shukar Allah kheir three daughters. Need suggestions.

consult ur specialist Dr who recommended you either decrease dose or not for safety of ur baby
