Talk to Gynecologist on Ivf Issue

on 20th March I had delivered my baby boy. at time of labour ivf place on my hand and was feeling bad while nurse injecting injection etc I told her but she said it's ok as ijection passed so iv line is fine and no need to change at the end finally other medical person change that but that point of vain become hard and little bit swallowing also . a I did not feel any pain so my question is it is ok or need treatment
