dear u are having anaemia..but to find exact cause ,u will have to had ur serum ferritin test.. is there any family history of thallasemia?

Ur MCHC is within normal limits.its usually seen in thallasemic pts.. Or if u are already taking oral haematenics..
But u must go for serum ferritin and HB ELECTROPHORESIS if possiible.
In2018u were having iron deficiency anemia. But now u r having normal Hb= 11 + gm/dl in recent report.

well it seems normal Hb is slightly on lower side ...continue taking oral iron ... remember never to take iron along with milk product or calcium supplements
