I hope you are well.

I am sharing my recent lab test reports with you for your review and advice. I have been trying to conceive, but facing some difficulty. Kindly have a look at the attached results and guide me regarding the treatment and next steps.

Serum Prolactin: 29.46 ng/mL
Fasting Insulin: 22.14 &micro;IU/mL
TSH: 3.719 mIU/L
Vitamin D: 4.7 ng/mL
Please let me know if I need to start any medication or further testing. I would be grateful for your guidance.

u need to do 2nd menstrual day hormonal profile, and 12 day pelvic ultrasound for follicular tracking
also husband semen analysis
a detail history is needed to sort out the cause ..plz book a consultation for that
