Talk to Gynecologist on Labia Itching

I have had prolonged Labia itching since a long time which isn't going away. skin color seems to be a little grayish compared to rest of the skin, its sore due to scratching probably wrinkly and lots of hyper pigmentation now.I am worried. what can i do. I might have heredity auto immunity undiagnosed medically because i have alopecia areatta hence my skin irritation might be lichen sclerosus, also undiagnosed. Please guide me what can i do since hospitals are probably closed and i cant visit a doctor.
