Dear ,during this pp period. fluctuation or absence of periods do happen because you are breastfeeding. it's perfectly alright. but the pain and external appearance regarding breast is not to be ignored.
all you can do is. consult your nearby gynaecologists or female general surgeon. and get an ultra sound of both breasts .which will further clear the picture.
