- First have high vaginal swab and urinalysis and Culture to check cause of infection,have fbs and then have precautions as recurrent treatment can destroy vaginal pH and flora that can further increase risk of infection .
- have strict hygeine, soft comfortable undergarments.
- sitz baths recurrently .
- follow with all reports and if possible try to have one Examination with local gynae as well.
