Assalam o alaikum there is a left renal pyelectasis noted on an ultrasound in 30 weeks of pregnancy measuring 0.7cm....(it wasn't there before in 26 weeks ultrasound) I need your guidance please.... can't reach my doctor right now I'm really worried...

this is a normal occurrence in 1 in 50 pregnancies. needs regular follow up with ultrasound before and after pregnancy
