Light Bleeding After Laparotomy/Salpingectomy

Question

I had laparotomy/salpingectomy 3 weeks ago due to ruptured ectopic pregnancy, there was occasional red/brown discharge after the surgery. I asked my doctor during the follow up visit and she said it is normal but since last Thursday I am having very light bleeding. I wanted to know if it is normal? And if it is, for how long it will last?

till 3 weeks it's normal .. beyond that either u r getting your periods or any infection or pregnancy again (failing or molar) so better have urine pregnancy test n have consultation with me
