Yes that's normal
Is this ur first pregnancy
If not then is there any history of any preterm delivery before
R u having any discharge or urinary complaints
Secondly in most of the cases placenta goes up but reconfirming scan is done around 32-34 weeks
Don't lift up heavy things
Don't meet the husband and no strenuous work

It's normal, if movement is painful take tab. Panadol and take rest. If pain with urinary symptoms then get Urine tested and visit obstetrician.
