Talk to Gynecologist on Medicine Dosage

My wife has been prescribed Lezra tablets to be eaten for 5 days starting 3rd day of her cycle. Now that the medicine day is here, she has forgotten all about the dosage. The prescription says (Tablets x 2), but we can't tell whether it is one at a time or two at a same time? can someone please decipher the text and advise how many tablets to be taken at a time.
