My mensis cycle is disturbed. I got periods on 4th june and i have started it again today.. It has been that my periods are irregular.. My daughter is 5months old and shes not on breastfeed kindly reply my query

-Dear after Delivery body is under hormonal effects of delivery as well as breast milk producing hormones so it's better to have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-if u want to have contraceptives then discuss history in detail for suitable contraceptives to avoid long term effects.
-if observes long term symmptoms as described above then will need detailed Examination.
