Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Problem ( EDIT )

Edit. Asking for Self, Female, 21 years old, Karachi I have been feeling lethargic or rather too much distressed since the past couple of days on and off, i’m under no such stress, feel like the heart is sinking specially at night time and heaviness in the arms sp upper arms, around shoulders and specially palms and fingers and legs and somtimes too much tingling like pressure too as if its from within the veins. I have pcos. Have irregular menstrual almost evertime. cycle which exceeds 7 days sometimes if the hormones are acting up. Has happened once before last year that the discharge/bleeding continued for 20 days and this time around experiencing the same currently its the 10th day that it hasnt ended (its on and off with no bleeding to very very light once good flow too.). I’m attaching previous reports. Need expert advice. Thanks
