Talk to Gynecologist on Milk Supply Is Low

My son is 24 days old . He is on formula from day1 morinaga bf1. I started to breastfeed him but he was unable to latch in the start. In beginning i had enough milk supply but now my supply is very low. He is not taking breast milk . He is exclusively on formula. I want to start breastfeeding him but my supply is very low. I.e pumping for 30 minutes hardly produces 1/2 ounce from both sides. Kindly advise me any medicine ti increase my supply and also what should i do so my baby latches properly
