Asalm o alikum i had 6 weeks miscarriage and D&c on 2 October. after that just spotting appears for 13 days no bleeding just spotting after 13 days spotting stop and white milky discharge appear . but after 2 days bleeding start and now i a bleeding . these are periods?? because it is now fresh red colour. . please reply

It could be retained products of pregnancy.Get an ultrasound done first
Yes they can be periods don’t worry just observe color amount and flow they will stop spontaneously if any problem occurs then see a gynaecologist
