I advised u to do two serum bhcg at the gap of 48 hours to confirm fetal viability...ultrasound isnt conclusive until fetal pole yolk sac and fetal cardiac activity is visualised...presence of fetal cardiac activity is most reliable...now blighted ovum also increases in size but yolk sac and embryonal pole isnt seen...
