Talk to Gynecologist on Misscarraige

My wife experienced misscarraige after 4 weeks of Pregnacy … She experienced mild pelvic pain in the 4th week and Did ultrasound but the fetus wasnt seen …. after 2 days she gone throught extreme pelvic pain and gone throught misscarriage … after heavy bleeding and lost of fetus ….The gynaecologist did the ultasound and said that a small sac like structure is remaining in utrerus … showing incomplete misscarraige and prescribed breeky, nospa forte for 3 days to overcome the incomplete misscarraige. After taking tablets i.e breeky and nospa forte for 1 day.. vaginal bleeding is now stoped from 2nd day but she is feeling heavy cramps and feeling fainting , fever and extreme fatigue. We further contact the gynae she said wait for 7 days after taking the prescribed dose .What should we do ?
